DIN Forsyning digitizes meter replacement with Microbizz
DIN Forsyning, which covers Esbjerg and Varde, is about to replace a large number of water and heat meters by 2027. To ensure overview and efficiency, the company has chosen to digitise the entire process with Microbizz.
The meter tasks are divided into zones and areas and planned directly in Microbizz. Each installer has access to their tasks via the app, where they can document with photos, fill in forms and mark the status - for example, if a task cannot be completed on the first visit. Data is automatically sent to the billing system and any new task can be created immediately.
With the Outlook integration, the operations manager gets a quick overview of who can take a task when customers call, and tasks can easily be booked directly in the system. The digital workflow has reduced errors and manual tasks - and has increased the take-back rate to 99.6% on over 60,000 meters.
