Communication from server to clients is encrypted. Access is firewall-protected and there is continuous backup in our server center.
HOSTING AND SECURITY
The operation of Microbizz is carried out in collaboration with an international hosting provider operating from data centers all over the world. Our European operation is hosted from Frankfurt. All hosting centers are ISO27001 certified.
For Quality-Of-Service, we monitor all systems ourselves and can provide a statistical availability per customer.
We guarantee a 99.6% service availability and we currently maintain a service availability better than 99.9%.
