Microbizz gives you full control over planning, routes and documentation so that snow and ice clearance runs efficiently and customers always know when you've been there.

Snowy weather is always inconvenient - and without the right overview, it can quickly create chaos. Phone lines ring in the middle of the night to reach people, no one knows exactly who is going where, and some routes are double-booked while other customers are forgotten. At the same time, there is a lack of documentation and the subsequent administration becomes long and cumbersome.

Several Microbizz customers use a dedicated snow clearing setup that makes it possible to react quickly and efficiently when the snow falls. The setup is based on fixed, repetitive tasks that are placed in different pools for each route/employee, so the team always knows what to activate when the snow falls. The employee opens a single form in the app for each task and marks whether it has been cleared, salted or both, and can add photo documentation and notes.

When the form is saved, the automation continues - the consumption of goods is automatically added to the task according to the selected action, the customer receives an email with the time, work done and possibly a picture, and "last done" is registered directly on the task.

Everything is collected in one place and sent to the monthly invoicing, so documentation and administration runs by itself.

The employee fills out a simple form for each task - marking what has been done and possibly adding a picture. The employee then moves on to the next task, and the documentation and invoice basis are updated.
