One of the main themes this year is the launch of Microbizz Tour Planning - a module that takes task planning to a whole new level.

If a technician has 10 tasks in a day, that's a total of 3.6 million planning options.

With Tour Planning, tasks are placed automatically and as smartly as possible - based on relevant planning parameters such as geography, duration, deadlines, skills and availability. At the same time, all plans are updated in real-time if there are any changes.

The result:

  • Up to 75% less planning time

  • Up to 85% less administration

  • And 95% faster throughput of tasks
