When tasks are created in Dalux FM, they are automatically transferred to Microbizz - complete with templates and all relevant information. And when you plan or change the status of tasks in Microbizz, the changes are synchronized directly back to Dalux.

If you have partners who create tasks in Dalux FM, you can also benefit from the integration. The automatic synchronization ensures that you avoid manual updates, duplication, oversights and misunderstandings.

How the integration works

1. Tasks are created automatically in Microbizz

When a task is created in Dalux - and your company is listed as the supplier - the task is automatically created in Microbizz with all relevant information.

2. Synchronization both ways

When the task is created, an acceptance is sent back to Dalux. Planning and status updates in Microbizz are automatically synchronized back.

3. Finalize and document

When the task is completed in Microbizz, text, images and documentation are sent back to Dalux where the task can be reported.
