You can configure Microbizz to automatically send a PDF document by mail when a task is closed for each work area created previously.
For each work area, you can choose the following:
- Master: If you have created a master earlier, you can choose it here
- Mail PDF to: You can choose any person role you might have created earlier, as well as the following task-related fields:
- Contact person
- Responsible
