Every module in Microbizz has a set of permissions, which is the case for the Process module as well.
For a general understanding of permissions visit this section. The screenshot below may not be up to date.
The available permissions are as follows:
- Edit unit: Allows you to specify who has the permission to edit units
- Create unit: Allows you to specify who has the permission to create units
- Close unit manually: Allows you to specify who has the permission to manually close a unit
- Move phase manually: Allows the user to move a unit to another phase

Create/edit process: Allows to create processes and phases and checkpoints
- Filters: Allow to edit filters
- Fields: Allow access to custom field setup
- Person data: Allows access to the CONFIGURATION > PERSON DATA menu
