Why is there, for example, a blue color over some tasks in the Planning module?

It indicates the task's priority:

Red: 1 (Highest)
Yellow: 2 (High)
No color: 3 (Normal)
Brown: 4 (Low)
Blue: 5 (Lowest)

A task's priority can be changed by editing it.
