When Microbizz is set up to send subscriber emails upon changes to tasks, we operate based on various fields. This can vary, and therefore, this is a guiding list:

  • Opening/closing of a task

  • Changes to title

  • Description

  • Responsible

  • Status

  • Priority

  • Estimate

  • Requisition

  • Deadline

  • Price

  • Invoicing period

Extranet approval can lead to a subscriber email being sent, but not always; it depends on the circumstances under which it was changed.
Changes in additional fields do not trigger an email.
