From the ACTIONS menu, you can choose LISTS in order to see a list containing all the existing actions, if any.
When pressing the Create new button, you will be redirected to CREATE in the ACTIONS menu:
Edit an action
Editing an action happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.
