Question form to fill in when losing a quotation
Select which form has to be filled out upon marking a quotation as lost.

Here you choose pictures that always should be attached in the PDFs
These settings are concerned with the quotation mail that can be send to company.
Allow quotation to be accepted or rejected
If the mail should include links to allow the receiver to accept or reject the quotation.
If the user accepts the quotation, change status to
The status to use for the quotation if the mail receiver accepts it.
If the user rejects the quotation, change status to
The status to use for the quotation if the mail receiver rejects it.
Additional text
The text will be inserted in the PDFs just below the quotation lines. Only if the PDF content area is “Quotation - Lines” or “Quotation - Lines summary”.
Filename
The quotation filenames will be made up of the values of the selected fields
You can select which fields on the quotation object you want your quotations to be named after when sent to customers.

You can select which fields of the quotation, that will be copied over into which fields on the task, when a task is created from the quotation.
