Problem
As Microbizz use [] indicators to match and identify objects you may experience some trouble if you choose to also manually use these indicators in your objects name
These problems may occur when you need to search and match a task to a EDI or in other modules. You will either experience that the search or match was unsuccessful.
Cause
As Microbizz use [] indicators to match and identify objects, it will interrupt with the match and searching system.
Workaround
This can be solved by manually removing the [] indicators from your objects names.
If we use the above example, the steps will look like:
- Edit the customer Lorem A/S [Actice]
- Remove the [] indicators from the name, so the new name will be Lorem A/S
- Save
- The name is now presented as Lorem A/S
