How to synchronize e-mails on tasks?

Step-by-step guide
To be able to see all relevant e-mails under a task, it is important to do the following:

  1. Log in to your Microbizz solution.

  2. Go to the CRM module. Then select SETTINGS > MAIL IMPORT.

  3. Press the "Create account" button and fill in the information that corresponds to your e-mail server. If in doubt, contact your internal IT department.

  4. Press the "Save" button.

  5. Then press the pencil to the left of the account you just created, and select "Folders".

  6. Here, you select the folders from the added mailbox that should be synchronized with Microbizz. It is important to select something here, otherwise nothing will be transferred.

  7. Finish with the "Save" button.

  8. For e-mails to be associated, you must ensure at least one of the following on the CRM object (when editing the CRM object):
    a) specify Email, and check the box "Import mails".
    b) fill in the "WWW" field.

  9. Finally, you must ensure that the e-mail exists on a Person who is associated with the CRM object you have just edited.
