How to adapt to version 2 of the E-conomic integration
To keep pace with E-conomic's development, it is necessary to upgrade our integrations in Microbizz to support this. This article will guide you through converting to the latest E-conomic integration in Microbizz, if you are using our older E-conomic integration that is set up in the Invoice module.
We encourage you to export all lines before this upgrade. If this is not possible, you can access https://systemX.microbizz.dk/sys/invoiceexport/doexport/ where X must be replaced with your server name. This is the old view where after the migration you can edit → save a line, after which it is automatically converted to an invoice under the new E-conomic integration.
Significant changes
When coming from an older E-conomic integration, there are several changes to be aware of, such as:

Previously invoiced and deleted lines will not be converted to draft invoices, meaning your company columns such as "Total invoiced" will contain a number based on previous lines.

Only existing invoice lines will be converted to draft invoices during migration.
We have created a data run that can generate invoices from the older E-conomic integration. You can find the data run under https://systemX.microbizz.dk/sys/basic/admin/jobs/#section4 where X must be replaced with your server name. Here the run is named "Gather invoice lines".

Products are synchronized automatically, whereas before it was done manually.

Draft invoices are synchronized automatically.

If you book an invoice in E-conomic, this is not sent back to Microbizz.

We, therefore, recommend invoicing from Microbizz.

If you want to synchronize prices from E-conomic to Microbizz on products, the following setting must be enabled:
(Always update product prices)-
which is found under https://systemX.microbizz.dk/sys/basic/integrations/ (replace X with your server) → Edit the E-conomic integration

after which you will find the setting in the right-hand section.

You must be logged into E-conomic as an administrator when performing this action.
Step-by-step

Go to the System module and select Integration → Other systems.

Click "Adapt current E-conomic integration".

Then click "Adapt now".

If you are redirected to E-conomic, just follow the instructions from there. It may look as follows:

It is required that you fill in the "Standard invoice text" as E-conomic will otherwise return invoices you send from Microbizz.
To get started, you can use this standard text:
Dear customer,
Hereby invoice for the work performed.

You will then be sent back to Microbizz, where you can make further configurations of your new integration 🙂
