A purple cloud with a yellow circle and the number 1.
In most cases it appears for ~1 second after a manual action of the user, and disappears when the APP have received a response from the server. If you click the icon it takes you to a page that shows you which call is currently ongoing. |
Cloud with a purple/red circle with the number [x]
When you click it, it takes you to a page that shows you all the errors that have failed. You can click on the individual failed API-calls to get the exact API call and server error message. |
Cloud with a red circle with a “!” This indication usually appears when the phone is lacking in internet connection and are not syncing. When clicking icon you get an message that lets the user know that the APP might be out of synk. |
[Android only] Clicking the icon gives a text pop-up that explains why the icon is showing. The user can remove the icon by either:
|
Most of these icons can be shown at the same time. Though certain icons “overrule” others. Example: If Both the synk permissions has been rejected AND its been more than 20 minutes since last full synk - we are still only showing the “yellow!” icon, since this is (most likely) the case. Since its obvious that the reason its been more than 20 minutes since last full synk, is because the permissions haven't been accepted/approved. |
